Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each of the following movements:
    • Peg Board Climbs
    • Assault Bike

Instructions:
- Alternate between the Peg Board Climbs and Assault Bike for each Tabata round.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Notes:
- Scale the Peg Board Climbs to Rope Climbs or Strict Pull-ups as needed.
- Adjust the resistance on the Assault Bike to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata intervals.
