Tabata Cardio Medicine BallTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Medicine Ball Slam
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists
- Medicine Ball Burpees
- Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers
Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.
- Aim for maximum effort during the work intervals.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata exercise.
- Equipment needed: Medicine Ball
