Tabata Box Blast // Saturday - 2025.02.01
Tabata Strength BoxTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest at each station:
- Box Jumps
- Box Step-ups
- Box Dips
- Box Jump Overs
Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds at each station.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.

- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for continuous movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
