Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest at each station:
    1. Box Jumps
    2. Box Step-ups
    3. Box Dips
    4. Box Jump Overs

Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds at each station.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.

- Box

- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for continuous movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
