Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on the stationary bike
  • Aim to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second work interval
  • Focus on pushing through the resistance on the bike for maximum effort

Instructions:
- Set up your stationary bike and adjust the resistance to a challenging level
- Start the Tabata timer and give your all during each 20-second work interval
- Rest for 10 seconds between intervals, but be ready to push hard again when it's time to work
- Complete all 8 rounds for a total of 4 minutes of high-intensity biking
- Remember to cool down and stretch after the workout
