Tabata Bike Burnout // Wednesday - 2024.12.18

Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the stationary bike


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Pedal as hard and fast as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round


Notes:
- Make sure to adjust the resistance level to suit your fitness level
- Focus on pushing through the burn during the work intervals
- Keep track of your total distance covered during the Tabata workout
