  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Instructions:

- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round, even when fatigue sets in.
- Focus on quick transitions during the rest periods to maximize your effort during the work intervals.
