- Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Instructions:
- Alternate between the stationary bike and thrusters for each Tabata interval.
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.
- Score is total reps completed on the thrusters.
Notes:
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals and try to maintain a consistent pace throughout.
- Scale the weight on the thrusters as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
