Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Bench Press

Instructions:
- Choose a weight that allows you to complete as many reps as possible in each 20-second work period
- Rest for the 10 seconds and repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Score is total number of reps completed.
