Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Barbell Deadlifts
    • Barbell Hang Power Cleans
    • Barbell Push Press
    • Barbell Front Squats

Barbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next. Rest for 1 minute between movements. Aim to push yourself during the work intervals and maintain consistency in your reps.
