Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata Assault Bike:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)


Strength Portion:
- 5x5 Back Squats
- Rest 2 minutes between sets


Instructions:
- For the Tabata Assault Bike, go all out for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds for a total of 8 rounds.
- After completing the Tabata, move on to the strength portion with 5 sets of 5 reps of Back Squats with 2 minutes rest between sets.
- Push yourself on the bike sprints and focus on hitting depth and driving through the heels on the Back Squats.
