Tabata Assault Bike:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort on Assault Bike
- 10 seconds of rest


Instructions:
- Set Assault Bike to desired resistance level.
- Push hard during the 20 seconds of work, then rest during the 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining consistent effort throughout each interval.
