Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternate between:
    • Bench press
    • Box jumps
  • Score is total reps completed

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box
- Timer


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of bench press during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. Immediately transition to box jumps and follow the same format. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements.
