  • Burpees (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
  • Rowing Machine (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
  • Mountain Climbers (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)

Score: Total reps completed across all movements


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating between each movement. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Keep track of your total reps completed for each movement.
