EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Burpees

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Instructions: Start a new round of 10 kettlebell swings and 10 burpees at the beginning of each minute for a total of 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up.
