AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 15 Assault Bike Calories
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/155)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (#135/95)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the Assault Bike to maximize rounds. Choose weights that challenge you but allow for good form throughout the workout. Jump onto the box with control to avoid injury.
