EMOM for 20 Minutes:

  • 15/12 Calorie Row

- Rower


Instructions:
Complete 10 bench press reps at a challenging weight each minute, then hop on the rower and complete 15/12 calories before the minute is up. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weight and calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
