EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-Ups

- Gymnastics Mat


Notes:
Complete the prescribed reps of strict pull-ups and handstand push-ups within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
