Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 wall balls and 5 deadlifts. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows for proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
