EMOM for 20 Minutes:
- 5 Wall Balls
- 5 Deadlifts

- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Weight for Deadlifts: #225 / #155


Instructions:
Complete 5 Wall Balls followed by 5 Deadlifts every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout the workout. Adjust the weight as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper technique.
