Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds Rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Choose a challenging weight for the Wall Ball that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata interval.
