EMOM Weightlifting Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even minutes: 5 Hang Power Cleans
Equipment: Slam Ball, Barbell
Instructions: Perform 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 5 Hang Power Cleans. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the Hang Power Cleans that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
