Strength Tabata Torture // Saturday - 2025.08.09
Tabata Strength BenchTabata Workout:
- Bench Press x 8 rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
- Strict Pull-ups x 8 rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of Tabata intervals (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) for each movement, alternating between Bench Press and Strict Pull-ups.
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete at least 5 reps each round with good form.
- Scale the Strict Pull-ups to Ring Rows or Banded Pull-ups as needed to maintain strict form throughout the workout.
- Keep track of your total reps for both movements and aim to maintain consistent effort throughout each round.
