Tabata Strength Box

Tabata Workout:


  • Box Jumps
  • Push Press

Strength Portion:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternate between Box Jumps and Push Press each round
- Choose a weight for Push Press that challenges you but allows for good form
- Focus on explosiveness and power during each movement


Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) for each movement, alternating between Box Jumps and Push Press
- Rest 1 minute between movements
- Choose a weight for Push Press that allows you to complete all rounds with good form
- Focus on maintaining intensity and power throughout the workout
