Tabata Strength Assault BikeTabata:
- Assault Bike (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
Strength Portion:
- 4 sets of 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM
- Rest 2 minutes between sets
Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata Assault Bike portion first, then move on to the strength portion.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and form on the bike during the Tabata intervals.
- Push yourself with the Back Squats, aiming to hit the prescribed percentage for all sets.
- Rest as needed between the Tabata and strength portions to ensure proper recovery.
