Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:
- Assault Bike (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)


Strength Portion:
- 5x5 Back Squats
- 5x5 Deadlifts


Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata Assault Bike intervals before moving on to the strength portion.
- Rest as needed between sets of Back Squats and Deadlifts.
- Choose a challenging weight for the strength portion that allows you to maintain proper form throughout all sets.
- Focus on explosiveness and power during the strength portion.
- Time cap: 30 minutes.
