Tabata Strength DumbbellTabata:
- Dumbbell Deadlifts
- Dumbbell Strict Press
- Dumbbell Front Squats
- Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next.
- Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata.
- Rest 1 minute between exercises.
- Record total reps for each exercise.
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to complete the Tabata intervals with proper form.
Score: Total reps for each exercise.
