- Barbell Back Squats


Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Load the barbell with a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the 20 seconds of work.
- Focus on driving through your heels and keeping your chest up during each squat.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
