Tabata Strength Barbell

Tabata Style (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds each):


  • Barbell Back Squats
  • Barbell Deadlifts
  • Barbell Shoulder Press
  • Barbell Bent Over Rows

Barbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout each round.


Instructions: Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata movement. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout.
