Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata:
- Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)


Strength Focus:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- The goal is to maintain a high level of intensity throughout each round, focusing on proper form and maximizing reps during the work intervals.


Instructions:
- Set a Tabata timer for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
- Perform as many Wall Ball Shots as possible during each 20-second work interval, aiming for consistent reps each round.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Focus on hitting depth on each squat and hitting the target with the ball on every rep.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity and push through the burn during each round.
- Record your total number of reps completed for each round to track progress and intensity levels.
