Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. The goal is to lift as heavy as possible for each set while maintaining good form. This workout will focus on building strength and endurance in the bench press. Make sure to warm up properly before starting and scale the weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
