Tabata Strength BoxTabata:

Strength Portion:
5x5 Back Squats
Instructions: Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement (Box Jumps and Push Press). Rest 1 minute between movements. After completing the Tabata portion, move on to the Strength portion and complete 5 sets of 5 reps of Back Squats. Choose a challenging weight for each movement.
