Tabata Strength Box

Tabata Style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds):
- Box Jumps
- Dumbbell Front Squats
- Push Press
- Burpees


Equipment:
- Box
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during each work interval.
