Tabata Strength Barbell

Tabata:


  • Barbell Back Squats x 8 rounds
  • Barbell Deadlifts x 8 rounds
  • Barbell Shoulder Press x 8 rounds

Barbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to perform each movement with good form for 20 seconds of work during each Tabata round.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata movement. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during each work interval.
