- 20 seconds of bench press
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of bench press followed by 10 seconds of rest. Choose a weight that challenges you for the full 20 seconds but allows you to maintain good form. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Focus on maintaining a strong and controlled tempo throughout each round.
