Strength Tabata Challenge // Saturday - 2025.02.22
Tabata Strength BoxTabata Protocol:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Box Jumps
- 10 seconds of Rest
Strength Portion:
- 5 sets of:
- 5 Back Squats
- 5 Shoulder Press
Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell
Instructions:
- Perform the Tabata Protocol of Box Jumps, aiming for maximum reps in each 20 second work interval.
- After completing the Tabata, move on to the Strength portion with 5 sets of 5 Back Squats and 5 Shoulder Press.
- Adjust the weight on the barbell accordingly for the Back Squats and Shoulder Press.
- Rest as needed between sets.
- Push yourself to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
