Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Rope Climbs


Strength Focus:
This workout will challenge your grip strength and overall upper body strength as you tackle rope climbs in a Tabata format. Focus on technique and efficiency to maximize your rounds during each 20-second work period.


Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. The goal is to complete as many quality reps as possible during each 20-second work period.
