Tabata Strength RopeTabata:

- Rope Climbs
- Front Squats (#155 / #105)
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort Rope Climbs, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, perform 20 seconds of max effort Front Squats, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement.
Notes:
Make sure to properly scale the weight of the Front Squats to maintain good form throughout the Tabata. Focus on engaging the legs and core during both movements to maximize strength and efficiency.
