Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Deadlifts
    • Pull-ups
    • Handstand Push-ups
    • Russian Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rig
- Barbell
- Pull-up bar
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the 4 movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust weights and difficulty as needed.
