Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Strength Portion:


  • 5x5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the Wall Balls. After completing the Tabata, move on to the strength portion of 5 sets of 5 reps of Back Squats at 80% of your 1 rep max. Rest as needed between sets.
