Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • Box Jumps
  • Front Squats
  • Burpees
  • Russian Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep track of total reps for each exercise. Rest 1 minute between movements. Adjust weight and box height as needed for your skill level.
