  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Focus on pulling yourself up the rope efficiently during each interval. Rest 1 minute between each set of 8 rounds.
