  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps

Barbell: #225 / #155
Box Height: 24" for all
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself on the deadlifts for strength gains. Rest as needed between rounds to ensure quality reps.
