  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Perform as many rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to use proper technique and safety measures when climbing the rope.
