Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Peg Board Climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Complete as many Peg Board Climbs as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between.
- Score is total number of Peg Board Climbs completed across all 8 rounds.
- Scale the movement to strict pull-ups if needed.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
