Chipper Strength Wall Ball

For Time:
- 50 Wall Balls
- 40 Deadlifts
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Rope Climbs


Equipment:

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving onto the next. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts and modify the difficulty of the handstand push-ups and rope climbs as needed. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
