Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Rope Climbs
    • Front Squats (#155 / #105)

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Rope Climbs and Front Squats.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Scale the weight as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
