  • 40 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
  • 400 Meter Run

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: This workout will challenge your strength and endurance with a combination of dumbbell movements and running. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbells but ensure you can maintain good form throughout the workout. Push yourself on the runs to keep a fast pace and complete the workout within the time cap.
