EMOM Strength Dumbbell

EMOM for 12 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- Even minutes: 8 Dumbbell Shoulder Press


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Instructions: Perform the designated number of reps for each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout.
