EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Rope Climbs
- 5 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)


Instructions:
Perform 5 rope climbs and 5 front squats every minute on the minute for 15 minutes. Adjust the weight of the front squats as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on efficient rope climb technique and maintaining a strong front rack position during the squats.
