- 5 Back Squats
- 5 Box Jumps

Instructions: Alternate between 5 back squats and 5 box jumps every minute on the minute for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust weight and box height as needed for your fitness level. Focus on form and technique for the back squats to build strength.
